Five star for service, speed of answers, visits and honesty. My carpet was in a bit of a smelly situation (due to puppy peeing on it and using a rug doctor - which I now know shouldn’t have been used on dog pee), I really appreciated an honest answer about whether it could be fixed or not. It can’t and I need a new carpet and underlay but because of this honest answer and saving me money in the long run I will definitely use Burfords to get protection put on my new carpet.

Burfords Cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning my lounge carpet and rug. The machine was left outside my front door and the carpet was not wet, just slightly damp. Neighbours called to see how well it was done and immediately booked these cleaners to attend to carpets in their own homes. Will definately contact them again Thank you More...

A big thank you to the guys at Aberdare Carpet Cleaning, The cleaning was excellent and my lounge and three piece suite look like new again. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional and they got the work done with minimal fuss. I have had cleaning done before with other companies but the electric machines that they used before cannot compare to the results that were had from the petrol engine machine that was bolted in the van this time. I had my lounge, hall, stairs & landing cleaned by Burfords and I can honestly say that I am gobsmacked by the results. My carpets have been truly transformed. The truckmounted cleaning system they used really did make the difference as I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and they have never come up anywhere near as good.
