What makes a great website?
We like to produce websites that are clean, easy to use, provide uncluttered navigation and offer customers secure checkout.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your expected outcomes and how are you going to measure them? This covers projects big and small. IT can do almost anything, it just depends on what you are expecting it to do, how much you are expecting it to cost and how you are going to measure that return on investment.
What do you love most about your job?
Happy clients. All their IT stress gone, allowing them to continue with their 'day' jobs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years of see how badly things can be done, we decided to completely change the way IT support and workplace automation is conducted.
Why should our clients choose you?
IT support, operational excellence, IT architecture design and Web design is what we do, and we do it really well. Always diligently and conscientiously. We don't like unfinished jobs and unhappy clients.
