Not ordered from Buffets2Go prior, but arranged our Christmas Party at short notice, absolutely 5 * from start to finish, helpful staff in arranging the food, buffet was delivered by an extremely nice and pleasant staff member, food ordered was excellent, fresh, tasty and plentiful, cannot fault this Company in any way, great experience, loved it ...

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish, Steve who makes the bookings was informative, knew his product, helpful and above all was polite and friendly, Debbie and her staff who created and delivered our buffet were courteous and extremely obliging, the food was plentiful, tasteful and most of all 'fresh' will be using their services again for Christmas

If I could post a lower score I would, the "gentleman" I dealt with quite clearly had some serious pent up anger avoid !!!

Initially booked our buffet in march of this year for our wedding for 90 ppl initially then two weeks later we changed the number to 80 ppl on the 5th of April after we had paid our deposit to them under a completely different company name I asked for a full invoice so we knew what to expect to pay the full balance I never received the invoice there was no further communication up until the 24th of July having emailed twice and ringing both of the numbers listed in the website, it then took for me to send a message via Facebook and a review on here before I was contacted to which they said there had been family health issues, in the week leading up to the wedding some of my family from overseas informed me they were unable to attend so I called them and let them know my numbers would be 75ppl to which they said they had already bought the food so would still charge the full price. On the day me and my bride turned up to our reception to be informed that the food had been delivered on the back seat of a taxi. Upon closer inspection we find there was no desserts as ordered. This is not how I believe a company should represent themselves I attempted to call on numerous occasion after the reception had started and no one would answer except to send a text message no contact has been made and no offers of apology or a refund, statements and cctv evidence has been take.
