Jim did a great job with our horse chestnut - turned up on times and was quick and efficient and also a lovely chap. He even chopped the logs down to stove burning size.

Jim was brilliant - turned up when he said he would (at short notice) and gave me the (reasonable!) quote when he said he would.
He actually did the work while we were out but the garden was super neat and tidy when he'd finished & the trees looked great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & in fact already have!

Jim did a fab job felling the hedge and trees in our garden. The trees look fantastic and we now have lots more light in our back garden. Jim from Budding felled an oversize fir tree in my garden that was blocking the light at the back of my house.
He did a fantastic job, taking the extra time to explain the felling process to me (there is more to it than I thought!
) and how this prevented any damage to my lawn. When he was finished he also kindly sawed up the trunk into logs for my mothers wood burner.
Very professional and friendly, would highly recommend!

Jim is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and reliable - he is very thorough and left our garden tidier than could have been expected too.
He treats the job like it was his own garden and can be recommended without reservation. He was able to advise on every aspect of the work and then he planned and executed the felling of 38 mature Cupressus Leylandii that had been left to run wild for 30 years. The sheer volume of brash and chippings was quite intimidating to see initially but Jim's careful planning and methodical approach meant the work was done to a very high standard and we are entirely delighted with the result.

We had a small forest as a back garden which we found very uninspiring. It was overgrown and somewhat daunting to tackle ourselves, so we contacted Jim for help. In no time at all and completely hassle free he cleared everything we asked of him and advised us in what to keep. It has really opened the whole garden up and even given us room to build and place a decking area etc. Price was very competitive and he left no trace of even being there.
