We offer restaurant quality vegetarian and vegan food. We have been popping up for the past year doing supper clubs for at least 50 people at a time. We are very experienced chefs. Between the 2 of us we have worked in the best Middle Eastern restaurants in London including The Palomar, The Barbary, Berber & Q, Ottolenghi and The Good Egg.

What’s your signature dish?
We have 2!
Confit Potato Latkes - these are a staple on all of our menus. They are layered potatoes with butter, thyme and garlic which are then cooked slowly in oil so that they are crispy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside.
Our second is crispy Aubergine topped with Zhoug (herby spicy hot sauce) and Date syrup. Simple and delicious
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Due to our restaurant experience and knowledge of Middle Eastern food, we can offer completely bespoke menus to our customers. We can create a simple buffet style menu all the way up to fine dining.
What do you love most about your job?
We love cooking. Simple as. We’ve worked in some seriously tough kitchens but we are still here!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are so confident in our style of cooking that we had to share our dishes with everyone. After our first few supperclubs, we saw how well our food went down with the customers. We knew then it was time to go full time.
