I've been using Brookies for almost a year now for regular weekend events. They helped us out firstly after our then supplier let us down, since then we've never had any complaints with Brookies. Always on time, friendly and sets up quickly. Checks the cleanliness of each castle before leaving. They've a Great selection of character castles and even the fans are quieter than we've had before. Good job, well done. We too had weather problems. We had booked a bouncy castle and slide. Steve was reluctant to leave the slide because of the past and promised heavy rainfall. Eventually we went with his suggestion as the slide could have been dangerous if very wet. Kids loved the castle, in underwear in the rain! Didn't charge for the no supply of the slide. Thanks Steve - we will be back for the slide next year. More...

My father in law booked a castle for my daughters birthday party.
The man phoned on the morning to confirm we still wanted it (it had been raining earlier)
and brought it earlier than he originally said, which was good.
was told it would be picked up at 6 pm as arranged, but left it while after 7.
asked if everything was ok,(which it was)
A very friendly man.
We will DEFINATELY be using him again, and recommending him to others.
