The Art in MOVING. An excellent service from the day I met Chris Ryan to the end of the moving experience. The crew were so professional and very friendly. I never believed moving could actually be fun, these men made it a fun and a completely stress free experience. It is an art what these men do. It was only then I realised being a proper removal man is a trade. I would highly recommend Brittania Ryan's International to anyone moving house. I am so glad I used their expert skills. More...

I wish I could give 4 and three quarter stars, as my one niggle was outweighed by a good many big positives.First, dealing with Ryans was an easy, comfortable experience and their professional and efficient approach is very welcome when moving, which let's face it is a stressful time. They clearly understand this. In my case, I initially had uncertainties about my completion date but Ryans didn't pressure me to confirm sooner than I confidently could..Even though it was a busy time of the year for moving (start of September) they held my date for me.Then, due to events down the chain on my buyer's side, I had to ask for the date to be changed at very short notice and Ryans did so without complaint or penalising me.They arrived on the day on time, consisting of a well-motivated and friendly group of men.My move was a tricky one; my house was on five floors, we had a great deal of stuff to move, and stuff to be packed. Now my one niggle. When the gentleman from Ryans first visited my house, I gave an inventory of major things I would need them to pack, and physically showed them the cupboards where it was in. This included lots of plates and other china. He said it was no problem and that the men would arrive in time to take it into account.During the day of the move, with time already running low but the job appearing to be nearly done, I discovered that none of the china from the kitchen had been packed yet. The men said nobody had told them about that. I had in fact reminded them (as I saw it) about the kitchen china a couple of times in the morning but it seems they didn't know what I was referring to and took no particular steps. Furthermore, by this time, the van was nearly full. They also didn't seem to be aware that we would have computer stuff to be packed, although that too was discussed during the pre-move visit. This probably also cost some time (plus van space) that hadn't been accounted for, though the men worked quickly once they were told about it, as they did with the china.Due to the extra delay, we didn't give our buyer enough time to enter in time, and as their daughter was starting school the very next morning they were forced to put their own belongings in emergency storage for the night and get overnight accommodation. I agreed to recompense them for those expenses.I believe that this was really down to an error in communication. Because of the good way they handled everything else, I'm sure that if the communication flow had been 100% it'd have been allowed for in the necessary ways.At the other end, they unpacked very efficiently, put things where we asked (which included some complicated requests from us) and took great care. Overall, we are to date not aware of any damage or loss, though we haven't unpacked every box yet.The day after the delivery, they returned to bring us one single file that had accidentally stayed in the van, and that is more indicative of their dedication and attention to detail than the snag which I mentioned earlier.Altogether, I would recommend Ryans to any friend, and would be confident I had given good advice. This removal firm managed to pull together a removal team at last notice on a bank holiday Sunday. They arrived on time without fuss. Moved everything, packed stuff we'd missed, brought boxes, blankets and everything required to finish the job and get us on the road to our destination. They help to store stuff, move stuff and pack stuff at both ends. More...

Lenny, firstly, very accommodating and helpful, not to mention courteous and polite at all times. Prices were cost effective in comparison to other removals firms. They sent a team of 6 men for a and while i cant remember all their names, each and every one was hard working and professional and friendly, and quick! Thanks from us all at Aspen Woolf. More...
