Bristol Executive Cars were hired to plan and execute a large number of airport transfers for our recent conference.They were incredible! The communication between ourselves, the office and the drivers was constant, we worked together on a forever changing schedule - which they handled with ease. They are polite, very organised, and incredibly accommodating. We had over 75 trips planned during the week, mainly bunched together either end of the conference. With this high a number of journeys required so close together, we were calculating for a margin of errors, any problems that arose were handled and resolved before I even had a chance to pick up the phone to offer a solution. We used Bristol Executive Cars today for the first time. It was intended to transport my partner from Bristol to Basingstoke and Hampshire for a serious operation. Mike Snr arrived a few minutes early for an 8 am start, giving time to load luggage. Immaculate car and driver, very professional and helpful. My partner enjoyed a very comfortable journey. Having been deposited at the hospital, it was just a matter of an hour when I was told thebgreat news that an operation was not necessary ad the tumour had shrunk. I immediately called the firm to enquiry if they could arrange to collect my partner and bring him home. The firm went above and beyond thecall of duty. And immediately arranged my partner's transportation home. Mike Snr was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. His professionalism, courtesy and kindness made my partner's trying day as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I will certainly never hesitate in using them again. We used Bristol Executive Cars for our wedding and their service was excellent. We were going to just get regular taxis and I'm so glad we didn't as the driver was great, so friendly, and it was very helpful and reassuring to have someone who was used to doing wedding pick ups - he helped me in and out of the car with my dress, carried my bouquet for me, gave me advice and even had some mints for my dad! Would 100% recommend.
