Can't thank you guys enough. You worked so hard to make our daughters wedding reception a day to remember. The weather was the worst, no photos were taken outside of the wedding due to the heavy rain, but Rodney spent the whole afternoon (in the downpour) cooking outside and the girls did a marvellous job serving the food inside. Everyone commented on the best wedding food they had ever had. I wanted more than just the hog roast that seems so popular and a proper BBQ was more than the order of the day. Burgers with all the trimmings, sausages and piri piri chicken. Salads and Mrs Balls Chutney. Going to get me some more of that. Perfect for the 200 guests and served in a decent time to feed everyone.Thanks again for making Lucy-Marie and Caleb's day so great and for making me look the best dad in the world for what we provided for everyone. Mark and his team catered our wedding for more than 200 people. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and amazing. Not only did it remind me of home but the food was absolutely superb and cooked to perfection. Our guests always rave and complement the food. We were guests at a wedding on Saturday and were very impressed with our first experience of a braai as prepared and cooked by Bring and Braai. My husband is a retired outside caterer of 25 years' experience (he used to cook hog and lamb roasts, cooked from raw over charcoal) and knows and appreciates just how much hard work goes into such a smooth operation. Bring and Braai catered for our wedding on the 23rd June. When we started planning the wedding we definitely knew we wanted a braai. So we were thrilled to find Bring and Braai and they were the first thing we booked! So the expectation was high! But they certainly live up to it. The food was simply incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it, even our veggie and vegan guests! Although one of our veggie guests just couldn’t resist those tasty ribs! Thanks again guys for the great food and service. We hired Bring and Braai for our summer office BBQ. The staff were so lovely and professional and the food was delicious. The meat was really good quality and cooked perfectly . All the salads were presented well and tasted delicious, so good that we had the left overs for lunch in the office the next day. I was a guest at a recent wedding and Bring and Braai were the caterers. Watching them prep and going about doing their business while engaging with everyone was just fantastic! Standing by the braai chatting to them and learning a trick or two was pretty special. Very friendly chaps, great service and the food they cooked to perfection.
