I recently had four replacement fillings and repairs done to my front teeth which had been chipped when I was a child. I hate going to the dentist, so I have avoided going for many years and was very apprehensive. My dentist Davesh was exceptional in the work which he did but also in the calm reassuring manner that he dealt with me. Both he and dental nurse Yuliyana, provided very good customer service. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but my mum recently visited Dr Akshay Shah and Kasia for a emergency wisdom tooth removal. My mum was in severe pain and was extremely nervous. I was very impressed with how effortlessly Dr Shah removed the wisdom tooth whilst also providing reassurance to my mum. My mum felt very little pain (both during and after the removal). Dr Dakshu Patel and his nurse Yuliyana are amazing, I’m sOo happy with their service.I found the Brigstock Dental surgery online and booked an appointment because I had broken my tooth. I don’t like going to the dentist and I only tend to visit them in extreme cases, like an emergency extraction. On arrival the team were really personable and friendly and after asking a few questions Mr Patel quickly put my fears to rest. He proceeded to explain what he could do to repair my broken tooth and he also insisted that he could regain my confidence in the dental industry with the advanced instruments and techniques available at his disposal. I was still a little nervous, but before I knew it, it was all done and every step of the way he explained what he was going to do next. Dr Patel was amazing. He gave my ten year old twin daughters and I very useful tips and suggestions regarding brushing and routines, and was very complimentary about my daughters' cleaning regime and the excellent condition of their mouths and bright whiteness of their teeth. They were both so very impressed with themselves to know they are doing an excellent job. Dr Patel's manner and approach is so courteous and friendly and he is so warm and approachable. I cannot recommend Brigstock Dental enough. Due to an awful experience when I was younger I have since been very anxious about going to the dentist. My partner and children have been going here for the last few years and are very happy with the care they receive from Vishal and the team. I recently plucked up the courage and made an appointment. Vishal listened to my concerns, reassured me and left me feeling in control of my treatment plan. I have since started my treatment and am far less anxious than I was before. I love this dentist! I've been a patient for a couple of years now and really glad I joined. My dentist is great, thorough, patient and explains everything to me as well as giving me straight advice. I don't usually have to wait to be seen either, which is a bonus. My children are also patients here but do not see my dentist. Their dentist is usually running late which is frustrating as I book all their appointments in back to back blocks. I'd also like to ask again if they can fix their online booking system as this is very convenient for patients and must be of benefit to admin too? Keep up the good work though! More...

I have been with this dental surgery for some years and have received excellent service and treatment for both routine matters and for more complicated procedures. I just this week required urgent dental treatment for a broken tooth and wanted a specific dentist.
