Michael is a brilliant personal trainer. He’s knowledgable about both exercise and nutrition but practical and supportive in helping you achieve your goals. I hadn’t exercised in 10 years (3 kids, oldest 10, youngest 6) and was tired/ overweight/ aches& pains etc. With Michaels help and support, I’ve managed to lose the weight that I wanted to, improve my strength which has meant that all my aches and pains have disappeared and most importantly, I find it fAirly easy to fit in to my daily routine and stick to with work/ 3 kids etc. He takes his training sessions seriously, is punctual and reliable and excellent at communicating about sessions/ payment etc. . AND he’s a nice guy Would definitely recommend Michael to anyone interested in high quality, effective and realistic PT and nutritional principles that become a way of life very easily. More...

I recommend Brigo Personal Training 100%! Hiring a personal trainer may seem like a big expense but for someone like me who does not like the gym, a personal trainer is essential. Michael will travel to you, whether that be the park or your house or even workplace. I am over 40 and experiencing the dreaded "middle-aged spread" and Michael tailors each session according to what area I need/want to work on that week. More...

My husband and I have been training with BrigoPT for about a year. We predominantly do couple training but sometimes one-two-one too. Michael designs brilliant tailored training sessions that work for both of us - not an easy job given our significant difference in height! As well as getting the best out of us, the sessions are always filled with a lot of laugher too.

Michael is incredibly professional and committed to ensuring all our needs are met. With his help, we continue to improve our levels of fitness and maintain our goal weights. I have already recommended him to a friend, who is equally pleased with the results.

When I met Michael I told him honestly that I had had at least 10 trainers in 6 years and 3 gym memberships (all cancelled after the first few months). ...however, I had not met Michael! He is a trainer who really cares, he works tirelessly for his clients and is just the best! He has exceptional knowledge when it comes to diet and is the most encouraging person in my life! I’m currently doing personal training with Brigopt for 4 weeks and lost 3.2kgs (7.5lbs), my metabolic age has gone down from 50 to 44 which means I’ve got a faster metabolism through the training ad nutritional plan I’m doing, my visceral fat (internal fat) has gone down from 10 to 7. 5 and my muscle mass has remained which is what i wanted whilst losing fat.

I like the fact the trainer takes various measurements so you can track your progress and keep progressing each week personally this helps motivate me to my overall weight loss goal.

I love our boxing sessions and the variety the trainer offers this helps me keep my mind off the exercise and actually enjoy it and have fun which is good for a change as before i never enjoyed exercise before.

Overall I’m very happy with my experience and I would highly recommend using the services of BrigoPT, its helping me and I’m confident they can help you.

I'm really pleased I started training with BrigoPT I lost 14lbs in 5 weeks and I'm still losing weight! Michael listens to your needs, your goals, your lifestyle and works around your life to create a bespoke training and nutritional plan.

He certainly pushes you in the sessions to make sure your working at your best but never more than you can handle and that's great because I never felt I failed in the sessions.

I don't hesitate in recommending Brigo Personal Training, if your like me that finds it hard to find the motivation to exercise or simply don't know what to do to achieve your goals then BrigoPT can certainly help you achieve them.

I've been training with Brigo PT for 18 months now and have achieved fantastic results throughout. After moving to London and taking on a desk job I fell out of routine with my exercise and gained weight as a result.
After 18 months I have now lost 3 stone with Brigo PT and am the fittest I have ever been! Michael has helped me to get back in to a routine and I'm really enjoying being fitter and eating healthier.
Michael is incredibly professional and as a client gives you extensive nutrition and training advice. He works in an incredibly flexible fashion and always keeps training varied and interesting. By recording my results I have been able to monitor my progress and find it so motivating to see those numbers keep going down! Michael is a great listener and will always take on board any new suggestions you want to introduce to your training.
