I've been working with the Brightminded team for nearly four years now, ever since they built the Rickshaw Travel website back in 2014-15. Since then they have gone over and above in their provision of monthly dev support to a team of (only) slightly technically minded people. I honestly don't know where we'd be without their patience, diligence, professionalism, creativity and pragmatic approach to our website enhancement projects, not to mention their fun and kind nature. Four and a half years later and I can safely say that BrightMinded has been the best work environment I've ever been in. The team are phenomenally helpful, both to their employees and their clients. They take the time to focus on the smaller details that often get overlooked but within software development can make the difference between successful projects and projects that quickly go over budget or take a hit on quality.
