Bridge to Fitness covers a diverse range of personal training from general fitness, toning and nutritional advice to rehabilitation, pre & post natal fitness and sport specific work. My clients range in age from 22 - 91!
I tailor programmes to meet the specific needs of each client - there is no such thing as 'one programme fits all' here. Your programme is regularly reviewed and updated and will be completely re-written every 6 weeks or so in order to keep it interesting, to keep challenging the muscles and to ensure it continues to be focused on your specific goals. A programme can cover many aspects of fitness eg resistance work, cardio work, core work, muscle rehabilitation, flexibility and mobility.
