This was my first time here and I didn't really know what to expect or what I was getting but I ended up with what was probably the best haircut of my life.

I parked in the garage on 4th, walked a few blocks, entered through the ground floor (just around the corner from their old studio), and felt immediately at home. Walter offered me drinks and was quick to start getting familiar with my hair's specific needs. He suggested a cut I had never had before and listened to my wants like no hairdresser has ever done before.

The wash was relaxing and included a greatly needed scalp and upper neck massage. After expertly wrapping my hair with the latest folding technique we moved back to the chair, where he walked me through each task to make sure we stayed on the same page.

Communication was the best Ive ever had with a hairdresser. Walter is truly an artist and master of his craft.The results turned out amazing and he even taught me how to maintain the style for daily use which most hairdressers completely ignore.
