My computer just stopped booting, and as I work from home I need it--they got a technician out to me the next day. Samir was so patient and helpful! He went through everything with me, explained what he thought was wrong (since the computer wouldn't start he couldn't tell definitively) and what to do next. Excellent Customer Service. Fast and professional response, both through email and phone. I needed to replace my laptop disk, transferring all software to the new disk. They picked up my computer and delivered it back in wonderful shape, they even cleaned the fans and fixed a hinge which was almost about to break, which I had not asked for, for no additional cost. Then spend a bit of time with me showing me how to improve its performance. I had quoted the job with two other places and the price was the same without the pick up and delivery. The website offered a chat options and as I was eager to have my laptop fixed, I thought I'd give it a shot.
