Having been diagnosed with Sciatica and being on the waiting list for a physiotherapist check. I decided to take action and join a gym and get myself a personal trainer to help with my problem. Andy gave me an initial consultation for him to know what my goals are and if I am suffering from any injuries. For a while we trained with the goal of relieving me from the pain, and on the day of my physio check, everything that the physiotherapist said and gave as exercises were exactly what Andy had told and gave me. After about 3 months of training with Andy, I had my second physio check and was discharged. Even after a year or so without the pain, I still train with him. Andy also gives very good recommendations with regards to dietary concerns if your goal is to lose weight, and does regular check to make sure you are motivated in achieving your goal.
