Brad answered when I called, was out at my house three hours after I hung up (and right on time), had the issue fixed fast, and showed me why the problem was and how to fix it to avoid the same situation in the future. Brad did an awesome job! All my GFCI outlets had lost power and I couldn't figure out the problem. He showed up and quickly discovered that there was another GFCI hidden behind a tool bench in the garage and simply needed to be reset. .. but since they were already there he offered to rewire all the GFCI in the house to be local so they wouldn't trip each other in the future (which is how it's supposed to be wired), and this was still included in the initial service call cost so there was no extra cost for that. He didn't have to do that... he could have just reset the one GFCI and left, but he was kind enough to take the time to do it right even though it didn't earn him any extra money. Hugely appreciated! I required electrical work at my condo residence for installing additional outlets in the garage and replacing an outdoor light in the backyard. After verifying Brad was a qualified electrician, I hired him on a time and material basis and was fully satisfied with both the pricing and quality of completed work. I was impressed that Brad verified adequate capacity was available from the original installed service before starting the work for my planned water softener and additional workout equipment. I highly recommend Brad Parker Electric! I contacted Brad for a 2nd Opinion, last minute, after I received a Proposal ($5K+) from another Electrician. I was advised the issues, found w the outside breaker box, were EXTREMELY dangerous…fire hazard! Of course, I was frantic & upset. IMMEDIATE attention was necessary! I had 3 Grandkids coming to visit for a couple of nites, then, we had plans to go out of town for Spring Break week. Not to mention that I had just dropped $ on vehicle repairs, to ensure safe travels. Brad agreed to meet me @ my house in 30 mins, after hours. When I arrived home, Brad was already there and told me he determined the issue and it was just a simple fix. I was SO relieved! He left to purchase the part, returned immediately and the issue was resolved. Brad was, obviously, extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, re total costs (a MERE FRACTION of the prev Proposal), calm in his demeanor and very kind.
