As a qualified nutrition consultant and personal trainer, I provide detailed knowledge, insights and education to improving all areas of my your health and well being. I work out of my health and fitness studio in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead, either face to face or via video calls.

What a fabulous service and meal selection. The food tastes and looks so fresh and healthy. Portion size is done for me and the right balance of nutrients in each meal has stopped hunger pangs between meals. I had a fantastic nutrition session with Caroline. We spoke about my vegan diet and how I could incorporate more proteins into my diet without relying on meat substitutes. She gave me some fantastic tips how to prep some foods, so I always had healthy options to choose. The session really helped me re focus on what I put on my plate and small changes I could make. I am now more mindful of what I am eating and feel so much better already. Ive started using more beans and pulses, which as well as being healthy are super cheap, so it’s a win win. We also spoke in length about ensuring I am helping my children make healthy choices, and we discussed again small changes we could make a family. I’ve had a few sessions with Caroline in the studio and it’s so good to have your own private space. She demonstrates all the excercises really well and guides you through so you always know you’re doing the right thing. The gym is a fab space to train, with everything you need regardless of your level. Self-conscious people like myself don’t feel embarrassed and experienced gym goers would benefit from the exclusive use of all the equipment. I think it would be great to train with a friend too. I love the live training program Caroline uses to track what I’ve done, I can access it from anywhere and it has video clips of exercises I can do at home. A great way to get into fitness. More...
