Bouquet Garni catered our wedding and thanks to them the food was delicious! We initially had an issue at the beginning trying to pick food that suited everyones tastes. I called them up and explained my dilemma and that we wanted something casual but different but a lot of people had specific tastes and I had no idea what to do! They then suggested a BBQ which my god was the best BBQ we'd ever had. It really added to the relaxed feel of the day but still allowed people to have a sit down meal and some really good food. We also had a trio of desserts as we couldn't decide between 3 of them! And we had some lovely canapés after the ceremony which helped to tie over the hungry guests until tea! They were also helpful as they were able to cater to two of our vegan guests which we really appreciated. So thank you all for helping to make our day perfect! More...

I can not explain how great the Bouquet Garni team were! From initial enquiry right through to the day of our wedding the whole experience was flawless.
Our wedding was on 1.4.17 at Copdock hall and people have not stopped telling me how great the food was (in particular the risotto balls from the canapés!!)
The team were responsive, punctual, helpful, efficient, professional, friendly and superb! The food was unreal and I wish we could do it all again!!!! The gorgeous Blue H van serving cocktails and bacon rolls in the eve was a huge hit! THANK YOU B.G team! Love Lauren and Ceiron xxxx

Bouquet Garni catered at our wedding this weekend, they were absolutely brilliant. The support running up to the day was great, helping us to achieve what we wanted with the day. The team setting up the day before worked so incredibly hard and were lovely. We had Bouquet Garni for the catering for our wedding at Layer Marney Tower on the 16th May 2014. We have to say They were absolutely superb.
They set the place up exactly how we wanted, put out all the decorations we had for us. The food was amazing and perfectly cooked. The lamb we had was beautifully cooked and many of our guests said it was some of the best food they had ever had, especially the honeycomb cheesecake. Victoria, the woman in charge was brilliant. Kept her eye on everything without being intrusive, just watching from a distance, and directing the staff accordingly. She kept us informed and up to date the whole day and night, and we felt so relaxed and didn't worry about a thing knowing what a wonderful job she was doing. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and professional. We would most highly recommend Bouquet Garni for your catering needs. A bib, big thank you to everyone who was involved. We cannot praise you enough. 5 stars is not enough.

Bouquet Garni were the caterers for our wedding on 20 June 2015 at Layer Marney. We had 130 guests for sit down and 200 in the evening, what can I say they were brilliant. The food was superb the lamb was so tender and the hog roast in the evening went down a treat. The service was second to none, staff were friendly and very professional and all worked so so hard. Lots of my guests have commented how lovely the food was but also how brilliant the staff were and nothing seemed too much even when people apparently requested mint sauce they got it!!! Charlotte was front of house and she organised everything perfectly and made me feel at ease as she had everything in hand. Thank you for helping to make our special day so enjoyable and a huge success for our guests but also for us as we did not have to worry about a thing on the day. More...

Bouquet Garni catered our wedding two weeks ago and were absolutely superb! All of the team were extremely helpful during the organisation stages, accommodating all our requests and changes of mind! On the day, the service was excellent and of course the food was delicious! We had so many compliments from our guests. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, setting up the tables for us and generally attending to all the small details so that we could completely relax. They were also very flexible and accommodating when our timing didn't quite go to plan! They ensured our wedding reception ran completely smoothly and provided us with beautiful food so we could not be happier!! More...

We hired BG for our wedding at Layer Marney Tower in August. The food was superb and we had many compliments. Our choices of canapés and our trio of desserts was also very well received by our guests.
BG were extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us choose our menu, tasting session and helping (in fact doing) all the setting up and tidying away afterwards.
If you are looking to book caterers, consider BG, their prices are competitive, their menus are tasty and varied and their staff are helpful and friendly you will not be disappointed.
Special thanks to Jon and Charlotte for all their help and guidance. All waiting/serving staff were very polite and efficient.

Bouquet Garni catered our wedding this weekend, we were lucky enough to have two events- a family afternoon tea and then a large scale event at Columbine Hall. I have lost count of the compliments we have received on the food on both occasions! What was delivered on such a large scale was fantastic, the starter boards and the Lamb Carvery were absolutely amazing in taste and presentation. Topping it all was the fantastic desert (Eton Mess) which had our guests licking clean their bowls, literally. The team on the day, lead by Emily (whom I must add was fantastic) were amazing- So accommodating and friendly, they made our day such a great experience for everyone! Well where do I start! We booked Layer Marney tower for our wedding reception and BG for the catering! Charlotte and her team were fantastic. We dropped all our decorations off in boxes the day before our wedding and she made our venue look incredible. It's always a worry when the first time you see your venue decorated is when you actually arrive for the event but they were just so brilliant I was immediately put at ease. The food was out of the world and we got so many compliments from our guests saying 'best wedding breakfast ever'. My husband and I are real 'foodies' so getting the food right was important to us. BG made our food exactly to our specifications including instructions like, apple crumble with extra crumble and pie and mash made with a certain type of pastry! Even down to detail like individual bottles of Sarsons vinegar on each table too! If you are considering booking BG for your catering we cannot recommend them enough! We booked BG for our wedding at Layer Marney Towers last month and all I can say is amazing! The food was delicious and had I not been wearing a rather restricting wedding dress trust me I would have eaten so much more! Lol. The staff were fantastic and the services was second to none. All our guests commented on how nice the food was (and we have a fair few pics of plates of food in the wedding pics supplied by our guests lol) and I have no doubt that there were no empty bellies in the house! You get what you pay for and with BG you pay for excellent quality and extremely high standard of friendly and attentive service and they most definitely deliver this and some. We would just like to say a massive "Thank You" to Charlotte and the team at Bouquet Garni for helping to make our wedding day at Layer Marney Tower on the 21st October 2017, so special.
The food and service were exemplary, the whole team was smartly dressed and professional but still personable: perfect. We were so lucky the weather was kind enough to allow us to have drinks and canapes on the lawn for the reception, all served professionally and to the highest standard.
For the wedding breakfast, we had the slow roasted shoulder of lamb and steamed vegetables, followed by a trio of desserts, with tea and coffee to finish. All delicious and served hot and in good time. Our vegetarian option, a butternut squash with smoked cheese and wild rice was, I am assured by our veggie guests, equally delicious. All the while, the team were tending to the wine service at the tables throughout. It was a pleasure to watch them at work.
For the evening, we had bacon rolls (with a vegetarian option) which went down so well, especially as they too were made as and when required and consequently always served to our guests freshly cooked.
Nothing was too much trouble with all specific dietary requirements catered for. Charlotte was amazing, helping organize the proceedings, which went so smoothly that many of our the guests commented that the day was "seamless".
We can't recommend Bouquet Garni highly enough and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future

Bouquet Garni provided the catering today for 200 delegates at a conference. The food was bbq with 3 main options and several salads and the quality was exceptional, the scones at tea time were also great. We chose Bouquet Garni as our wedding reception caterers in May 2016.From our first enquiry we had a personalised service from Xandrina ad Jon that matched our menu ideas and budget. Once we told them our ideas and budget they quickly quoted us for exactly what we had asked for. Everything they did was characterised by capability and professionalism.Our main course was a perfectly cooked Sunday roast style leg of lamb with traditional trimmings.
