After talking with various other website providers, I narrowed it down to Boss. You were more professional and well-known, and I wanted our company to be a part of [that]. The hands-on approach and you getting to know my product and how to display it on the website were great. It was more in you being able to get to know what we do and who we are. Our business is a very customer service-oriented entity, a small business that's family owned and I got the feeling that Boss wanted to get to know us, not only as what we seem, but the people, and the understanding of what we provide. [The best feature of our website is] being able to showcase our products at a better function. Before, [our website] was just pictures, more like we were a five-man shop.
