Warrior FIT classes

Circuit style classes using various equipment such as battle ropes, sandbags, barbells, dumbells, kettle bells. each circuit lasts 30 minutes (allow about 45 to include warm up/cool down), suitable for all abilities.

Warrior HIIT classes

High Intensity Interval Training. classes that utilize body weight and minimal equipment to blast away fat. Classes last 30 minutes (allow 45 minuted to include warm up and cool down) and are suitable for all abilities. Children (aged 9+) are also welcome to come and train with you at the family classes. Please check out the timetable for class times.

Personal Training

Train on your own or with a partner. All PT sessions are designed around YOUR goals and what it is your looking to achieve. There are no machines so all exercises are done using free weights / bar bells or other pieces of equipment.
