booked a magic mirror for my wedding on 25th March. MAJOR REGRET. Mirror had an error box on it all night so was near impossible to use.
no attendant showed up. Tried ringing the contact number for help... no answer.
eventually my sister messed around with it enough and managed to get it to start taking photos but you had to bash the screen continuously for a while for it to start. couldnt sign off on the photos because of the error box, and the photos would randomly take without a countdown it was just a Huge disappointment. Couldnt even bare to be in the room with it or even use it, was just emabarassing. I complained yet they've pretty much ignored it.
So please if you value your event, just stay away from the company. Its not worth the risk

Ordered 4ft light up letters - have been shown a different product with 3x the number of light bulbs which we clearly stated matched our expectation and we made it clear it needs to be matching to our other products. The final product delivered was not 4ft, had 30% of the light bulbs and Jon told us that we either fit the additional ones ourselves, bring the item back to him to put right or take him to court. I hired Booth Xperia for my daughter's 21st birthday back in December. The service was brillant, the whole experience was fab. I would certainly use this company again as reasonably priced with first class assurance of a great party or what ever event you choose to book them for. Great experience using these guys - attendant arrived on time (actually a bit early which was perfect), was quick to set up but most importantly was amazingly unfazed by several hours with a hoard of screaming teenagers. Vegas style booth was perfect for the American party theme. The guest book was a really nice touch (good quality, black with metallic pen for guests to leave comments). Overall couldn't fault them. What a fantastic company to hire a booth from. I would recommend them to anyone. They were reliable, so friendly and made my first experience with a photo booth run so smoothly. We all need companies like this when organising a stressful occasion such as my sons christening. Not only was the picture quality astounding but the fun it gave us at my sons christening was well worth it and more. We used booth Xperia at short notice for my sons 18th birthday party.
The service was fantastic, they turned up as agreed and set up with no fuss at all.
The attendant was very professional and allowed everyone to enjoy themselves.
It was the perfect touch, everyone had fun, they walked away with the photos and we got a USB with all the photos, including the ones they did not want to share :-)

Top quality service from Booth Xperia. Hired the team for my Brothers wedding and it was such a nice touch to the whole day.
Absolutely everyone enjoyed the Photo Booth, I never saw it empty, there were always people there ready to go in next, and as the night went on the sillier the photos got which was hilarious.
Jonathon our Booth attendant was very professional, friendly and patient with guests, showing them how to use the booth, making sure the photos went into the guest book for the bride & groom. And to be presented with the book and a lovely little camera memory stick at the end of the night was amazing, the bride and groom were having a look through this morning and they loved every single photo.
I cannot recommend Booth Xperia enough, the whole process was so easy, and very good value for money. I will definitely be returning in the future if I am ever in need of a photo booth.

Hired Booth Xperia for my wedding in October and they were absolutely amazing. Very professional, and our surname in lights were the talking point of the evening. They went above and beyond to help with the set up the night before and even with the breakdown the next day. Our photobooth pictures were fantastic as was the girl who monitored the booth. booked with Booth Xperia at short notice for a big wedding in London, they sorted the layout for the photos and 4 different backdrops within a couple of days, Set up on the day was fast and profesional, and the whole experience ran like a dream, the person running the booth was very professional, every one who used it came away with a smile on their face.
Got a guest book at the end loaded with photos and comments, and every picture e mailled to us after the event, Cant thank them or recomend them enough for a job well done. THANKS GUYS

We booked a photobooth and uplighters from Booth Xperia for our wedding at Rookery Hall in February and they were great. The photo booth was so much fun and the guest book was a great touch, we have some brilliant pictures. We booked the Las Vega booth and it was really good. We hired a Photobooth and 4ft Love Letter for our wedding in May. James came onsite and set it up so it was all ready when the guests arrived for the evening do and it looked fab. James and his girlfriend were lovely and we had a lovely keepsake with a Photobook at the end. Only thing I would suggest is for the company to bring a plastic booster for the younger ones to stand on, as the camera is too high for them to reach. Would recommend them. More...

Booth Xperia were recommended to me by friends of family. I hired out their team and one of their photo booths for my mothers wedding reception. I didnt really know what to expect when using this company for such an occasion but I can genuinely say its the best value I have ever got for my money. The team were there hours before the event even began, they were great with assisting and making sure everybody was comfortable and that they enjoyed themselves.
