I had a one hour aromatherapy massage with Charlotte, I have had a baby 12 weeks ago and was in need of some relaxation and also was getting a lot of upper back pain from holding a little one and breast feeding. The team have created a lovely oasis of calm, with the added convenience of being located on the high street. Charlotte did my pre baby massage and it was fabulous, I am 33 weeks pregnant and I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and relaxed I've felt throughout my pregnancy, I nearly fell to sleep! The deep tissue massage has been effective in relieving the tension and pain in my back and Hayley has customised each session to meet my particular needs. She is knowledgable about the body and an expert in her practice. Her friendly and caring manner at once puts you at ease. Hayley will go the extra mile to ensure you walk away feeling rejuvenated. The treatment room is a blissful haven after a hectic week. The finer details from the music to the heated bed to the carefully chosen scent of the oils make for the perfect ambience. Categorically just had the best massage treatment of my life. I hobbled in barely able to walk due to the pain in my lower back which has been agonising for 10 days and I have walked out like a new woman. I have never in all my years of massages experienced anything like it. I did not have to say a word about where to target Hayley found every single pain point and others I didnt know I had.
