Installed shower within 48 hours. A neat and professional job

Desperately needed a shower installed as I thought it had packed up, called Steve and he responded instantly and came out the same day. When he arrived he found that the shower was ok and just the electrical switch needed to be replaced rather than the whole unit. It's a minefield trying to find a professional who can back up their claims. I spoke to Steve after having looked at the comprehensive website and, after asking the right questions, he gave me immediate alternatives and pricing, with timescales for fitting. Arranged to come out the day after and turned up bang on time. He was polite and friendly and, importantly, was knowledgeable and efficient. He removed old fittings, improved connections and fitted the new shower with no mess and cleaned up all signs of the old shower fixing. I know my limits with DIY and, even if I was competent, I'm pretty sure that I could not have done this myself at the quality and price paid. Rang Steve on Friday evening and he was out on Monday morning first thing to replace our Triton Power Shower which had stopped working. Steve was great, loved to have a good chat and did the work to the highest professional quality. He was able to install the shower in under two hours and, even though he was a great professional, we still had a good laugh together whilst he was working hard.
