Going to miss training with Chloe, has helped me loose 28kgs, over 4 stone. Encouraged me to do the Abbey dash last year which completed in under an hour after only been running for a couple of months.

Chloe is an incredible PT. She is kind, caring and funny, whilst being so motivating that she helps you achieve goals you never thought you could. My sessions with her for the past two years have been incredible, losing 4 stone in just under a year, but also discovering that I actually enjoy exercise and learning so much about myself. I cannot thank Chloe enough for the last 4 months. She has changed my diet totally and totally shaken up how I exercise. After spending over a year doing fad diets and going to the gym for over a year without losing weight I was ready to give up. Chloe looked at my food and how I exercised and I have been doing it all wrong.

Chloe is am amazing pt. She is very knowedgable about how the body works and also with how to use the correct stance with the weights and what exercises need to be done to achieve the goals set. She is highly motivated and kept the pressure on so I didnt want to let her down. It took 18 weeks I think in total to get my weight down by 2 stone, the inch loss was massive and I am now a stone within my ideal weight.

I am lucky to have met Chloe and anyone who has the opportunity to have sessions with her or to attend her zumba class (which might I add is so much fun it doesn't feel like a work out but the fit bit says otherwise) then hold onto her with both hands and make sure you attend every class possible.

Highly recommended.

I started having personal trainer sessions with Chloe back in January 2015 because I wanted to bulk myself up a bit. Before this, I'd been going to the gym quite regularly and had always done my own thing but wasn't really seeing the results I was after.

Within 4 weeks of my first session with Chloe, I was already starting to see the improvements I'd been chasing myself for most of the year prior, without much success. Now, I've pretty much achieved my initial goal all thanks to her!

If you're thinking about working with a personal trainer then I'd highly recommend Chloe, whatever your fitness goal might be. I learned a massive amount during our sessions which really helped me in understanding how to do certain exercises properly, which was key for me in trying to build muscle. I've now put in place a workout plan that suits me - most of which I've stolen from our sessions!

All in all, Chloe is a fantastic PT and although the sessions were challenging, they were also lots of fun!

Chloe is a go to Personal Trainer! I’ve started dieting, training with little impact to my lifestyle many times. Lost some but it always came back.

This year (summer 2017) I found Chloe and well so far I’m down 2 stones, down 5 dress sizes. Even my shoe size is down from 8 to 7!! My poor feet were swollen all these years and I didn’t even know it. �

Chloe has not only impacted my life but my other half too who is also enjoying younger n healthier looking skin �.

I look forward to our sessions and take what we do through the week for gym sessions on my own. I’m brave enough for classes. I’m looking and feeling fabulous!

She knows her stuff and addresses it to your needs!! 2018 is going to be incredible!!

Having personal training sessions with Chloe has boosted my confidence so much. Like most girls, I wanted to get my weight down a bit and get toned and I struggled with having the confidence to do certain things at the gym.

Because of Chloe I now feel confident enough to go into the free weights area where all the big bulky men are! She’s helped me understand my body more and what areas to work on more.

Chloe has helped me understand that it’s not a race. It’s not some crazy diet or going to the gym 24/7, but a healthy balanced lifestyle. I struggled with healthy eating but she’s given me so many ideas and inspiration for living a healthy lifestyle. I’m now eating lentils and quinoa and all types of things I’d never heard of before! She makes everything seem so simple and that’s because it really is.

Most of all, Chloe continues to inspire me and keep me motivated. Even during the week she’ll message me telling me to eat good this week, or don’t eat too much tomorrow because of our workout. And instead of reaching for a dominos menu (which used to be quite a lot before I started PT sessions) I’ll have something healthy instead!

Ultimately, Chloe is an amazing personal trainer that also feels like a friend.
