Hi, I am Chrisitna Howells a London based the go-to personal trainer whom will open your eyes to the potential in you.

Over the last 20 years i have transformed the bodies of people from all walks of life, using my wealth of  knowledge and experience within the fitness and wellness industry backed by my education in exercise science.

I believes fitness is a lifestyle, its about mindset! Developing a connection with your body, moving more and moving better - developing strength but also addressing mobility, reaching you ideal body composition whether that be fat loss or weight maintenance, being consistent, whilst having fun.

The results will be a leaner more toned body that moves better, fell better, but most importantly will be your vehicle for life.

Christina is a great trainer to work with and I highly recommend her! She worked with me for 2 years - not only did she help me lose a stone, but we developed a new sustainable lifestyle for me. She helped me find the best eating and workout habits that worked with my schedule, and I've maintained my current weight and body for 2.5 years now. She is amazing, definitely worth your while!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We will begin by discussing your goals and what you wish to get out of your training sessions . By establishing your “why” this gives you the focus and motivation and me the ability to develops a plan to help you achieve this . Without a plan one is simply doing as hoc workouts which is of course great for being active but often this means as hoc results.
We will also look at your lifestyle and diet as they both are integral to an exercise programme.
Sessions will be structured but not rigid as one can never account for how they will be on a given day .
During the course of our time together we will adjust our plan as appropriate and as often as we need to as life is never rigid.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency is everything !
Showing up when your with me or when your doing extra activity away from me whether that be clocking up sailing steps , a class , a programme I have written for you .
It’s also about taking adequate rest between sessions , sleep , diet and lifestyle .
When we are consistent with all of these 80% of the time then we get results .

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people connect with their bodies and seeing them get the results they want .

What inspired you to start your own business?

I like the freedom of being able to work out of a gym or visit a client at home . It also means I can do other projects and I frequently write for the press so I need that time at my own desk too .
