I specialise in complete core workouts to tone, strengthen and build stamina. I have a passion for body awareness / good posture which I believe will help people in every day life in ways they may not expect.
Pilates based exercises are integrated in all my programs as the challenges of these exercises enable my clients to keep in great shape or help with their rehabilitation. My cardio workouts include boxing, sandbags, kettle bells and medicine balls.

I love what I do, be it coaching clients 1:1 or instructing group classes for a full cardio workout. Outdoor workouts are my thing: some fresh air and something different.

Working out with Eve had been transformative for me. She manages to strike a prefect balance between pushing you but never hurting you. She's also creative with her programme - we never do the same workout repeatedly.

I can highly recommend BodyAct if you want to get yourself in shape and stay that way!

I have been working with Eve at BodyAct as my personal trainer for the past 4 months. In that time I have succeeded in losing weight and gaining fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility far beyond my expectations. Eve prepares a bespoke exercise plan for for each session, which is tailored to my own needs and goals. We work outside whenever the weather permits. Each session is different, to keep things interesting. We've been doing a mixture of calisthenics, cardio and some weight training, but Eve also includes Pilates, which helps with core strength, stability and balance, and stretching for flexibility and recovery. Eve is really great at getting me to push myself just that bit further, using encouragement rather than shouting! She is also very flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions, which is vital for me because of my work. I can't recommend her highly enough.
