I am so grateful to have Michelle encourage me to reach my fitness goals through her personal training and group classes! She is the BEST trainer I have ever worked with ! Michelle is truly awesome! I found her on FB & decided to join her fitness studio to get in shape. Her spunk & drive to help me throughout my workouts inspired me to continue to come back on a weekly then monthly basis! In turn, I lost inches & weight have felt so much better!

I first met Michelle when she was training in Maryland and so grateful to make the connection. She is extremely talented, mature, professional, knows her "stuff" and just awesome to work with. I have worked with her for a few years now and could not be happier with the results. I travel a ton for my job and wanted to find a way to keep the workouts going as long as they were with Michelle. I signed up for Michelle's on line personal training and now I have her with me 24/7. She organizes my entire workout week by week, including a nutrition plan that I follow and it is just amazing. I also enjoy taking her classes on Pow-how. You can take them live with her right from the comfort of your own home or wherever, or save for later and do on your own time. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone just wanting to better their life all the way around. Who would not want that?! She is a joy to work with!! More...

As a Nutrition Coach, I understand the importance of eating to fuel vs. eating to fool. You must nourish the body with quality nutrients in order to run at peak performance for increased energy, stamina, and to reach your optimal body composition.

With tailored workouts, specific meal plans, and habit based behavioral change coaching I am able to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. With a background in Public Health it's my duty as a Trainer and Nutrition Coach to give women the exact hands on approach and guidance they need in order to reach their happiest, most confident, and vibrant selves.

Unfortunately there is no secret. And having "the body of your dreams" is only a minutely small part of wanting to achieve optimal physical and mental health. It's about feeling confident in the skin you're in while promoting daily healthy habits that become second nature in order to live your healthiest life.

I love creating a true relationship with my clients not only as their trainer, but as their number one fan throughout their transformational journey. I have the most rewarding career as I am able to watch these women grow into their happiest and healthiest selves both mentally and physically.

I became a fitness instructor at the age of 18 and fell in love with the energy of group classes. The way women would walk out of my classes with such boosted energy and happiness made me want to personalize this experience, which is why I became a Personal Trainer. My husband is military so I knew I had to continue helping women even as I moved station to station. This gave me the motivation to create my Online Training and Nutrition Coaching business which has been the biggest blessing in my life. I am able to coach and guide women from all over the world while being there for them throughout their entire journey.

I want to show you that you CAN live your healthiest and happiest life without extreme restrictions or limitations.
