Hello, I'm Paul Edgar, an experienced Personal and Group Fitness Trainer based in the North East of England.

I was born in Gateshead and enjoy living life in the region as it's such a picturesque and vibrant place. I have my own fitness studio in the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle, which caters for women’s personal and small group training.

In over 20 years, I have worked with thousands of women and, as I specialise in working with women who want to improve their health and fitness, I know what works for them. Many women, who I've worked with, have achieved life changing results.

I have many testimonials to prove that my methods work effectively.

I offer Weight Training programmes plus Kettlebell, Boxing, Pilates and Fat Buster classes.

I'm the author of Fitness For Women, a 7-step plan to achieving healthy and successful weight loss and also the creator of 12-minute workouts, ideal for those with a very busy lifestyle.

Paul is a great trainer who is dedicated to helping women get positive results. The girls who attend are lovely, friendly and great to train with. Paul is dedicated to making his classes as enjoyable amd as challenging as possible. Very different to your run of the mill gym. You have a real sense of a team attending Paul's studio which makes the work outs a lot more fun!
Dedicated, friendly and helpful trainer with a wide range of classes and services to get what you want and a very reasonable price!
