After our meeting with you we felt that we were in safe hands.We both felt that a professional had understood our desires and thoughts and would create the cake. Well you did. Katherine made my futures wife’s 40th birthday cake, this was a complex design of Micheal koors handbag and a stilleteo shoe. When I saw it I could not believe how brilliant it was. Looked real and perfect to my design. A lot of positive commments were made on the night. So impressed, we asked Katherine to make our wedding cake for our reception as we got married abroad this year.We had 3 different flavours consisting of 3 tiers with a wedding topper although all nice the salted caramel was our favourite. Our wedding topper also turned out fantastic as well.I would recommend bluebirds bake house in a heart Beat, not only stunning looking cakes, but the proof is in the pudding! Thanks Katherine. Katherine is absolutely amazing she done are wedding cake for us back in October. We picked Katherine because she was the only baker locally who did the icing we wanted and designed the cake to how we wanted it. Our cake was a tribute to my husbands nan who use to be a wedding cake maker before she passed away I would highly recommend I'm still eating our cake as I write this review. Absolutely beautiful cake. It was better than we'd anticipated. It was perfect, and a real talking point amongst guests at our wedding. It was delicious, we had lemon on the bottom tier, chocolate for middle, and cherry bakewell at the top (which was my fav, wish I'd requested that as a bigger tier).
