What information do you need from a client before you start work?
As much information as possible...
For Paper based print:
Qty, Pagination, Size, What kind of material and when you need it delivering
For Promotional items:
How many colours do you need printing, do you have a budget in place, what's it to be used for?
For Clothing:
What item do you need? What Colour Garment? What Sizes? Do you have a logo (we'll need to get a stitch count for embroidery)?
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We've done a multitude of items, from 1 off small prints, to large building signs. We cover every category of print a business could need.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to save customers expensive mistakes and pointing them in the right direction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Redundancy gave me the push I needed to start up - but the inspiration has been making a difference to our clients and showing them a better way to buy print.
