Counselling
I work integratively which means that I adapt a wide range of counselling and theraputic approaches to each individual’s needs.
Some of the most commonly addressed include anxiety, depression, insomnia, addictions, eating disorders, self esteem, trauma, PTSD, issues related to neurodivergence such as ADHD, autism, and ADD. There are too many to list here. Together we also address aspects of self-development and lifestyle, parenting and relationship difficulties.
Sessions last 1 hour at £55 per session.
Relationship Counselling
This is a dynamic and solution focused approach covering aspects of communication difficulties , mediation, affairs & betrayal, rebuilding trust, positive relationship development, and relationships & sexual needs.
This counselling method addresses difficulties of any type such as those arising between family members, work colleagues, friendships, future relationships and the relationship with oneself.
Sessions last 1 hour at £65 or 1.5 hours at £90.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
This is a medical model of hypnotherapy which complements the counselling process. Clients are always in total control while deep-seated issues can be addressed at root level. Hypnotherapy is only introduced following rigorous assessment for suitability. There are some mental health conditions for whom it is not recommended.
