Bloom Again Design

I hired Katen Karlten of Bloom Again Design to be the project manager and assist me with shopping for a condo renovation. I live in Vancouver and was asked by my parents to give their condo in Honolulu a make over . I felt this would be difficult from such a distance so Katen was an essential part of the process.
We met at the beginning of the Reno in Honolulu and did a whirlwind of furniture shopping which was then stored away until the Reno was complete. I returned to Vancouver and the work was overseen by Katen. We communicated by phone, text and email. She sent me photos and videos so I could keep track of the progress and make decisions from afar.
I was extremely happy with the outcome and could never have done it without her. Katen kept to the budget, finished the job when promised and was extremely easy to work with. At the beginning I was worried about trying to do this from afar but I soon realized that Katen had my back.

Can't say enough about what a great Designer and Homestager Katen is. She and her crew are amazing, professional, quick, and incredibly easy to work with. I've used Bloom Again Design for several of my listings and everyone of them have turned out great and have resulted in an extremely quick sales with multiple offers over asking price! Katen Katlen of Bloom Again Design was engaged to stage two of my listings. One was a large, 3 bedroom, 2000 sq. ft. + condominium. That owner had a household full of furniture and wanted it used. Katen helped the seller select the pieces and accessories that would stay. Others were donated or given to friends. She directed placement of the large pieces for the best flow through the apartment and with the ocean view in mind. The other listing was a large 4 bedroom 3 bath single family home with stunning ocean-mountain views. That owner vacated the home and let Katen stage it completely with furniture and accessories. The owner complimented Katen's good eye for color and design coordination. In both instances, Katen was very flexible in providing the type of service that the client wanted. Katen, Bloom Again Design, has helped me stage several listings in the past year. Going in prior to renovation, she advised me on color schemes and what remodeling would be best at a relatively low cost, and being flexible of the owner's budget.

She is very reliable in appointment schedules. In addition, arranging the necessary contacts with the condo building management, and workers.
Katen will go in and decide what furnishings are needed prior to the actual date and once the date is set, she is so efficient in completing all tasks. Very neat, organized and so easy to work with.
I have received so many complements on the decorating and colors, and it just brings out the very best in the home. All my listings have sold within a two week period and commanded excellant sales price due to her talented expertise.
With her assistances, it helps me to focus on my job!

I would highly recommend Katen to assist you in your design needs.
Just one other point, if you are thinking of building, I would suggest meeting with her prior to completion of the plans. It is amazing what can be overlooked in size and arrangements!
