Hugh and his team catered for our wedding in May 2023. We opted for a BBQ buffet which came with 5 delicious salads, followed by some delightful puddings options. The food perfectly fit the day and our venue and we have receieved lots of compliments about it. Hugh was great at responding to any questions and concerns we had and his laid back approach put us at ease. Hugh and his team catered our wedding, and we could not be any happier with everything. The process from start to finish was so easy, Hugh was more than willing to accommodate our needs. All of our guests kept approaching us through the afternoon to compliment the food and praise the politeness of Hugh and his team. If you are getting married or having any party, use blackbird. Hugh and the team catered my wedding in October and they were brilliant. Excellent hog roast with delicious salads and sides to choose from. The quality was fantastic and there was plentiful to go around. The staff were all over it and were really discrete. We had pizza for the evening and they were able to go gluten free and vegan options (although would recommend ensuring these are labelled so the vegan one doesn't go!) More...

Blackbird catered our work xmas party in our warehouse - there were 40 guests all with a 3 course xmas dinner.... to say we were amazed with the quality is an understatement. Hugh and his team catered my wedding last week. They were really easy to deal with, looked the part and turned up on time. They had everything we wanted, from afternoon tea, to pizzas and burgers, and even waffles and icecreams.Nothing seemed to be too much for them, and most importantly everything tasted amazing. We had a fab hogroast and feast from blackbird catering for our wedding sept 2016...So professional and accommodating to all our needs. . There are so many fantastic things to say about Blackbird Caterers. Hugh and the team were perfect from start to finish in the lead up and delivering us the best hog roast for our wedding 1st July 2017. We also had unlimited ice cream for our guests to arrive to which was a hit and pizza for late munchies! The bar staff and servers were all great (and I run a hospitality establishment so am pretty picky!)If you are looking for a professional yet relaxed company to take all your catering worries away, I defiantly recommend. The food was amazing and the staff were perfect, they were there when you needed, let you get on with your special day and were smiling the whole time (and made sure the Bride and Groom were looked after). All our guests were blown away by how great they were and had a good laugh with them too. I will be asking them to cater all my future functions. Hugh and team catered my wedding in January and I can't rate them highly enough! The food and service was delicious and Hugh's laid back, nothing's a problem attitude was so reassuring when there is so much to think about! We had hot canapes, a beef roast and pizza in the evening and everyone commented how tasty and well cooked all the food was and such generous portions - especially for that number of people. The waiting staff were great too - what a finely oiled machine you have there! Thanks so much Hugh! More...
