How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All programmes start with a full body mapping and assessment. This combats any dysfunctions and/or asymmetry in clients, removing day to day pain or limitations so that we build a strong foundation for someone to achieve and maintain - successfully - individual fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. What you put it in, you will get out.
Come to me with the desire to make a positive change and we can absolutely get you to where you want to be and have fun doing it!
It's important to understand that exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. I don't believe in the word 'diet'. 45% of people are living with food intolerances that can impact weight loss; performance, results and possibly causing a number of symptoms such as headaches, digestive and skin problems. Until we know what those intolerances may be, results will be harder to achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients achieve. Nothing makes me love what I do more than seeing someone smile at their achievements. It doesn't matter how big or small they are, it's what's important to the individual that counts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness has always been part of my life growing up and has been the one stable thing to overcome stressful or challenging situations so I know first hand, how beneficial fitness can be to health and wellbeing.
In addition, I've also overcome injuries and seen my body return to more enhanced performance. To be able to support others on their journey's is the bonus.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care that we do the right thing in getting you to where you want to be.
I decided to combine PT with soft tissue therapy and biomechanics as the human body isn't just about how much weight you can lose, how heavy you can lift or how fast you can run.
If you don't know why or how your body is functioning now, you have aches and pains that just won't go away or you find you are hitting a plateau with training or nutrition, there will be a reason why?
There will be a way to success for you.
