Sadly my mother in law passed away a few weeks ago unexpectedly and knowing that her affairs were in order made our lives a lot easier at such a difficult time. Bina is professional and friendly and made us all feel so comfortable. What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help Clients to make sure that their wishes are carried out. This is often by pointing out scenarios that they hadn't anticipated thus giving them peace of mind that they are doing the right thing, and that they are in safe hands. I love that sigh of relief when my Client has put adequate plans in price, and that the process hasn't been arduous or painful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My little girl; I wanted to be able to work around her, and put my decade of experience to good use in a way that will benefit our family in the long term.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a decade of experience, full Professional Indemnity Insurance and am a member of the Society of Will Writers. My prices include VAT, storage and going back to do the signing. I don't charge separately for my time so my Clients can be confident that they have my full attention and can be open and honest with me. I work with integrity and genuinely care about making sure that my Clients get what they want, and that their families are taken care of.
