Trystan is an absolute legend! And I would not hesitate to recommend him at all.

I've been training with him for some years now and the pt sessions are never boring and are always challenge you helping you get results and improve fitness.

His knowledge of the body is second to none and tailors sessions where required e.g. working on strengthening lower back, due to sitting at a desk all day, full workout, to boxing sessions (which are awesome, highly recommend!)

Give him a try, you won't regret it.

Trystan is experienced and professional. He will set tough but realistic goals, make you focus and will be relentless. Very reliable as well. Can help you with diet as well. He does not buy into fads - good, old fashioned training.

Been training with him since 2005.

Started training with Tyrstan just over a year ago and can’t express enough how much he has helped me. Sessions are varied and structured! My strength and body weight has changed dramatically also helps that he is an all round nice guy!

I first started training with Trystan when I was preparing for a 100km charity walk. My training is varied, tough but effective, and never boring! He's also great at adapting my sessions to allow for any injuries I've sustained on some of my crazy endeavours without letting me off with an easier workout.
Over time I've lost weight (and more importantly kept it off) and really built up my strength. He certainly knows how to get the best out of you - I can't recommend him highly enough.

I have been training with Trystan since last November. I wanted to lose weight before the Xmas period. I've been really happy with results so far - which we've continued into 2017. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He can inform and correct you on all those old school urban myths on diet and training.

Did the fat test this weekend with Trystan. I weigh 10kgs less since i started with him as my personal trainer. He is brilliant. He has helped me lose weight, get stronger and fitter and survive a desk job by improving my core strength and mobility!!!

I have trained with Trystan for the last 4 years and in this time my strength has improved dramatically and my body has changed completely.
He has a wealth of nutritional and dietary knowledge which has helped me considerably.
Keeping things interesting, even when I'm not in the mood for exercise I'm always glad I went.
The Studio is private, in a great location and equipped really well.
I couldn't recommended highly enough if you really want to make a change.

I have been training with Trystan for over a year now and I have never felt so good. I had originally planned to use Trystan for a short time - for nutritional advice and to get ready for a rugby tournament - but I have carried on, as the results I have gotten both physically and for my mental state at work have been fantastic. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Trystan for about 3 months now.

I had never been a very active person, and thought it was about time I got myself in shape as I was the only one out of my friends who didn't train.

Trystan understands that everyone has different goals, and tailors each session to suit. At first I thought it would be a daunting experience but he somehow makes everything fun!

In the time I have been training with him I have lost nearly 5% body fat and a stone in weight! My body is getting more toned and stronger by the week.

The most important thing Trystan has taught me is that exercise is fun... I know exactly what to do when I go to my independent gym sessions, and no longer wander around the machines guessing what to do next.

Whatever your goals Trystan WILL make / help you achieve them. He is amazing at what he does and I have already recommended he to a number of my friends who have started training with him.

een training with Big T for about a year now, and definitely seeing the results. I had used a number of other trainers around London, but got bored of the same old routines and didn't feel as though they were listening to my goals. I have found working with Big T really good.. He's very good at adapting workouts to suit your goals and provides great variety, so I never get bored. Also hes very great at tracking progress and making sure you are getting the results. Best of all, he's a nice guy and fun to train with. Definite value for money, would recommend to everyone ( I have already started and they are hooked as well !).
