Can't recommend these guys enough. We are first time house buyers, so this is all new to us and Neil was great at helping us decide which type of flooring would be suitable for us. Everybody we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The flooring was put down so quickly and still looks beautiful a year on. We've since had Neil back to do our bathroom and he even sorted out the bath panel that was poorly fitted by the previous owner, whilst he was laying the flooring, making it safe until we can look at replacing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when helping us decide what we wanted. Allowed us to take samples home and test them out. When it came to installation our fitter didn’t mess about and got on with the job straight away and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile in tidying up little bit and bobs around the house (which he didn’t have to do) but still did. He used very good equipment when installing a kitchen cabinet ensuring no damage was done pipe work and wiring behind the wall. Excellent service in finding us a carpet that looked like a beach, felt like a beach and actually sparkled like a beach! lts so soft Id rather sleep than walk on it. Thank you Louise, Neil and the rest of the team. We bought a new build house, and floor24 did the flooring for our whole house. They were quick to respond to an initial quote request, and their friendly and personable attitude lead us to go with them. Upon visiting their studio, Louise and her team were attentive and knowledgeable and helpful for us, who didn’t know where to start!! We must have changed our minds so many times, yet they were patient and never rushed us, and produce a few different quotes to compare. They let us borrow samples, including offering to lend the larger shop floor samples to take to our house and see how it would go with our kitchen and tiles. They really do take care of their customers, offering to deal directly with our developer to gain access to the property and measure up. Our flooring was finished today (took a total of 3 days), and it looks amazing! I’m feeling very house proud �. Thank you so much, our house now feels like a home!
