I’ve been working with local business now for over 8 years, during this time I have met and helped hundreds of business owners making them more fulfilled rewarded and less stressed.
When I meet them they are typically suffering from three major key problems:
1 - Love - They have fallen out of love for their business. They've lost sight of the reason why they started the business, and in the words of Bob Geldof "They Don't Mondays".
