Jonathan and Sarah chose a 2 tier cake for their wedding, gin and lemon flavour bottom tier and rhubarb and custard top. The cake was colour co ordinated to match and adorned with beautiful flowers. I had the great pleasure of seeing and tasting one of Betsy 's wedding cakes last month. As a previous banqueting manager, who sliced (and tasted) hundreds of wedding cakes over twenty years, I can honestly say this beautifully decorated modern wedding cake exceeded all my expectations.
