The facility is awesome and clean... and the registration and booking process - all super convenient! They also have a great customer service support and was able to reply/respond to my inquiries really quickly. When you buy credits you are automatically signed up to a monthly recurring subscription. There is no box to tick or untick at the time of purchase. What you need to remember is this information is in the small print when you sign up to the app, there is no option to ‘opt out’ of this and can easily be forgotten. Having contacted customer services after purchasing a package of credits early, to then find a debit taken a few days later for a subscription I didn’t want or need. They were completely unhelpful and wouldn’t refund either one of the packages, leaving me with double the amount of credits I needed. This experience has left me wanting to source another gym facility that care about their clients and don’t seem to want to take their money without providing some for of helpful customer service. The gym was absolutely amazing!! The gym was nice and clean, small details such as having ample amount of tissue within the bathroom was there. The equipment was extremely good and plenty of variation. Being able to connect my own music to the music system really did aid in having an amazing experience. This was such a great gym experience. No more waiting for people who hog the squat rack for hours! I’ve been to both the shoreditch and bank branches, and they’re always immaculately clean with lots of heavy weights.

The gym at standard place is a great place to go if you want a private session and we’ll equipped and clean. Customer service line for immediate enquires is also great however, I had not realised that buying credit packages is automated monthly - I am still waiting for a response for my refund after a week or so now, so unfortunately that has soured my experience.

Great little spot. Only negative about leaving reviews is that more folks will use it 😬. Equipment is solid. The app (somewhat finicky) is pretty easy to use and once you’re use to it, it works fine. Also I would give a shout out to the team behind solo60… honestly any issues (from lost property, to help with bookings) they are super helpful and engaged. Each studio has slightly different equipment so if you find yourself in need of rower or bike or treadmill you can use a different gym. Solo60 is a great concept and it works seamlessly. Only small downside compared to other gyms/studios is no towel service or complimentary products, but other than that the experience of having your own gym is brilliant. It has all the equipment I've needed and is always clean and tidy, and is easy to book and gain access with the app. Highly recommend and I hope there will be more locations in the future! More...

I did a 12 week programme with Beth and she was amazing! She was encouraging and helped me to branch out what I was doing in the gym. The results have been amazing and I’ve seen huge progression in my weights and general confidence being around the gym. Beth is a really motivational and wonderful PT who not only cares and focuses on your goals but also takes into account your exercise experience. As a dancer who trained for three years, what I love about the way Beth works is that she doesn't waste time explaining body alignment to me as she knows I know my body. Beth is a friendly and encouraging PT. I had a fantastic trial session with her where I asked her to go through some lifts that I lacked confidence with. She was very reassuring and I feel like my technique has significantly improved!

I also had a great assisted back/neck stretching session with Beth. She explained everything clearly and gave me loads of helpful advice. I'd highly recommend her.

I’ve absolutely loved training with Beth. As well as being approachable and friendly she has pushed me to achieve goals I didn’t think my body was capable of. Every session is fun, varied and flies by!

On top of this, as a coach, I help my clients to build sustainable, daily habits and positive mindsets to help them optimise their overall health.

I promote sustainable changes that will help you live your best life, forever; no short term diets and no cookie-cutter exercise plans.

I help my clients to understand that they are more than how their bodies look. It is ok to have aesthetic goals, but it is not ok for that to rule your life. I promote a healthy relationship with both food and exercise, with this, my clients build effortless lifestyles and habits that stay with them forever.

A key focus of my training is finding exercise and activities that you enjoy and look forward to. Exercise shouldn't be a chore, it should be an enjoyable part of your day. I help my clients understand that moving their bodies is about more than burning calories and manipulating how their bodies look in the mirror, instead it's about feeling confident, feeling strong and feeling able.

I've struggled a lot with my own body image, over-exercising and binge eating in the past and now I get to use my knowledge and experience to help other women to overcome this, find balance and succeed. Put simply, I love helping women thrive.

I've always had an interest in the physiology of the human body. As a dancer, I spent a lot of time both injured and hating my body, both of these things lead me to want to learn and understand more about nutrition and injury rehabilitation. Throughout my education, I realised just how many other women around me struggled just as I had.

Ultimately, I became a Personal Trainer to show women that our bodies are worth more than what they look like, our bodies deserve to be appreciated for what they do for us each day.

I believe that I have the knowledge and experience to help you get what you want from your health and fitness. I do not offer quick fixes or 12-week transformations, I want to help you fall in love with looking after your body, for you. I understand that every person is individual, we all have different starting points, we all have different barriers and we all need different levels of support. This is why my nutrition and training plans are fully personalised and provided with unlimited 1-1 support.

Yes. I provide online coaching and online personal training. Online coaching is a great well-rounded package that gives you everything you need to succeed, from a distance. Online personal training will keep you accountable to your training, giving you a program, a coach and a set time to workout whever you choose.

As the gyms have been closed for the majority of the year, I have transitioned to Online and Outdoor Personal Training for my 1-1 clients and have also set up my own Online Fitness classes to give a variety of training opportunities. All equipment used in 1-1 sessions is cleaned with an anti-bacterial solution between sessions and social distancing is maintained throughout.
