Very convenient location to the city and right across the street from McDonalds for a late night snack. The staff was super friendly, the rooms extremely clean and spacious, and had a yummy assortment of breakfast goodies + the gym. I was glad the hotel offered complimentary parking. It was a 6-10 minute drive to the Financial District/Cambridge/Harvard University (can't beat that for the price!!) : sure, the area the hotel is situated at may seem a "bit rough" but it's nothing I as a New Yorker am not used to ; can't beat the location comfort, and price ! Had a great time, quiet, clean and great breakfast. Enjoyed the salted hot tub. The bed is a bit hard and theres never enough pillows, street noise was pretty loud but overall it was really nice and we will return again.

We recently brought our family and my elderly, disabled Father down and stayed at your hotel. We wanted to give my Dad a relaxing retreat out of the city. We got in later than planned and the kids were tired and hungry. Your front desk attendant was wonderful! Her name was "Lacy." She greeted us in a very friendly, smiling fashion. She had some containers of assorted cookies out on the counter that she was getting ready to put away for the night. There were a few sugar ones left which she kindly offered to my boys. At which point my youngest asked if she had any chocolate chip ones. And although there were no more left at that point in the evening, she offered to go and bake a fresh new batch of them just for  my boys. They were of course very excited :) She helped us get all checked in, and being as my father is elderly and slow moving, she offered to help my husband get our bags to our room so I could tend to my Father and my husband didn't have to make multiple trips with two tired little boys at his feet. Very sweet, helpful gal! After we got settled In our room we were getting ready for bed and after pulling down the Murphy bed in the living room I discovered that the sheets had not been changed. There was dirty foot prints, sand, and hair in the sheets. Also when we opened up the refrigerator door we found it too had been overlooked and there was something red and sticky dumped in the door. So I called the front desk and informed Lacy of the issues in the room. Those issues being what they were made me nervous about what else might've been missed by housekeeping. Rather than ask her to have to fix the issues while she was also the only front desk attendant on duty, I requested just moving us to a different room possibly. But bless her heart, she said that she could do that if We really wanted her too but that she would be happy to just go get a set of clean sheets and  something to clean the fridge with and take care of it for us so that we wouldn't have to move everything to another room & make my Father & my tired little boys have to get up and  Move again. So i agreed, and she was back within 10 minutes. Cleaned our fridge, changed our bedding, and let us know that she would be working until late evening if we needed any further help. I was very impressed with her friendly attitude & willingness to go the extra mile for the sake of my Father and children's comfort. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge, yet cozy. The conditioner somehow made my hair so tangle-free I almost stole the whole unit (jk kinda). The pool and hot tub were awesome, I'm so glad we decided to take a dip. Literally the only 2 things I could say are....1) there was a creepy couple in a van watching our every move as we walked in, super uncomfortable...just lock your stuff. 2) There were no q-tips in the room....which is a first world problem, but it's the cheapest commodity that makes a huge difference to me lol More...

I really enjoyed our two nights here. It's very close to the Alamo and river walk. Yes, our room had trash on top of the closet - we told management about it upon check out. The restroom was clean, however the paint on the walls could've used a retouch. The room itself was clean, besides the trash.  The breakfast included pizza, which I've never seen before. A last minute stop on our way home, Patricia at the front desk was so helpful getting us a nice room and explaining everything we needed to know about our stay, ie-breakfast, ice machine, etc.  It was a very comfortable room, the shower was awesome, no charge for our dog and an awesome hot breakfast.  Luz and the other breakfast staff made sure the area was clean, items were stocked and very friendly chatting with us when time allowed them.  My husband said "we need to look for more Best Westerns when we travel, this was nice".  It really was a very nice stay! Let me tell you how wonderful your employee PATRICK is! I was there out of state for a concert.  I came with about 40 different people that also booked rooms for the show. Patrick had the most excellent customer service I've seen in a long time! You can't teach this talent to anyone! He's got it 100% we felt welcome and safe! We had people from all over the world come to stay at your hotel and Patrick made us all feel at home. *Casino review only*I was delighted to stumble in here one early evening to find a clean, less busy casino on the strip with $5 minimums for craps and attentive table-side drink service.  For those who want to stay at high-end hotels for the rooms and north-side location (see: Venetian/Palazzo, Wynn) but don't want to shell out loads of money for table games, this is your spot.  I repeat, it has FIVE DOLLAR minimums during the day!!  Yes, they raise to $10 at peak hours on the weekends, but that is still way better than the bigger casinos.  Throw in its proximity to White Castle, and you're in for a great pre-dinner or late night haunt. Extremely thin walls and loud outside music from 8am to about 9-10pm daily from Dutch Bros across the street. If the thin walls dont bother you, then ask for a room on the back side of the building away from the music . There were many construction workers staying there long term with the drunken profanity and noise that comes with them. The staff were vigilant to shut them up, but you know when they are there. This place was amazing for the price! We just needed a weekend away and this place delivered. Room was clean, the amenities were great. Mirowave and fridge / freezer in room. Tv in on a wall mount so you can move it to see from anywhere in the room. Extra towels, heated mirror inn the bathroom.
