I would recommend Best Rate Removals as I recently had a small local move and I got very good communication from the outset, with a clear understanding of my need and I was quoted a very competitive rate from the outset. I explained that I needed some sofas taking apart and putting together. This turned out to be a bit more technical than I thought, but the guys were knowledgeable and worked hard to get us moved. We moved recently from SW London to West London. Best Rate was recommended to us by our new landlords who use them frequently and have had no issues with them. I would definitely recommend Best Rate Removals for anything that you need moved. We recently moved house from London to Wakefield and hired them to move all our boxes and furniture. They were really friendly and helpful and did a really good job of moving our boxes in the correct rooms. I want to say how enjoyable it was being moved by Best Rates. They are polite, thorough and professional, arriving promptly on time and carrying out the entire move without a hitch! I was searching high and low to find the right firm and after I spoke with a member of their helpful sales team, I was sold! Their rates are very competitive for such a reputable firm, they have a premium insurance policy which covered all my property at a fraction of the overall cost, they provided all the materials and did all the packing quickly and cheaply and everything arrived in pristine condition. I even went back to them for an end of tenancy cleaning service which they did the same day and the place was immaculate! Such good value, such nice people, I would use them again and again!
