Because we work as an off-site solution, we are able to offer continuous support and our clients therefore feel they have access to a full time accounts department for a part time fee.

Jen and her team have been looking after my company for 13 years. They do all the bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, year end and tax. They remind me of the various filing deadlines for HMRC and Companies House and ensure that these are met, filing everything online on my behalf. The best thing about our job has to be our fantastic clients. We are lucky to work with a broad range of fabulous companies who treat us as part of their team.

We work as your virtual finance department from our office in Putney and therefore are already set up to work online and remotely so that all of our clients have access to us Monday-Friday and, as a result, feel like they have a full-time accounts department.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we do not work at our clients' offices, we do not come into contact with them during the usual course of our work. Of course, we miss the ad hoc meetings that we used to be able to have with them at our office or at theirs, but right now we are all working from home and their is no difference to the usual service that we provide. If anything, we 'see' our clients more than ever given that everyone has adopted Teams and Zoom to stay in touch!
