I would highly recommend BEST to any Educational staff looking to join a new agency. Steph and her team are absolutely great. Highly professional while also very easy to talk to, caring and supportive. You are always made to feel like a valued member of staff and they offer a wide range of up-to-date and relevant online training to help you continue to provide an excellent service. I have recently received French tutoring from one of Steph's highly skilled teachers Sarah Grey. I cannot thank Steph and Sarah enough for their impeccable service. I have achieved higher end results from assignments that I could not obtain alone as well as the new found confidence to progress onto year three of my degree. Sarah was always very pleasant to work with and you could see she genuinely cared about me and my progression in French. She also baked me some lovely biscuits once which were an added bonus! She regularly listened to my needs and concerns and helped me focus on the areas where I felt my French was lacking. Together we built strength on these areas ready for me to approach my assignments and exam. For my final exam, Sarah came to my session with six A4 pieces of paper double sided with notes she had prepared. All completely relevant and totally unprompted. Honestly, this must have taken Sarah hours to do in her spare time which she did not request any extra payment for! Right before my end of year exam, I was feeling anxious I was not ready. Sarah offered to fit me in for an extra session, although, I was aware she had other, more important personal commitments. Sarah's continuous willingness to want to help and go out of her way to do so was substantial. Something I have not received often from educational professionals. Overall I am greatly impressed with the services from both Steph and Sarah. We need more capable tutors who genuinely care like Sarah and more companies like Steph's who are willing to help provide these services. Thanks, both! More...
