Customer Service
You will be designated with your own Customer Care Consultant who will manage your cleaning operatives, replace cleaners when they are not available, conduct regular quality checks, and maintain communication with you regarding anything you need to ensure you are totally satisfied with the service. He will also attend any specific training you wish to provide, ensuring future replacement cleaners can be quickly trained without any extra hassle to you.

Frequency
Regular office cleaning operates a minimum of two hours on a daily, weekly, or fortnightly basis.

One-off Cleans
Minimum 6 hours. Quotation on request.

Keep your cleaning organised
Most of our customers choose to use our Cleaning Schedule, this shows each room separately and itemises each task that can be done in that room. You can tick the itemised boxes and the cleaner(s) will tick when completed and leave for you to see exactly what has been done. Editing the Cleaning Schedule is easy and you can rotate say windows, inside fridge or anything you wish. You can also leave messages on the cleaning schedule for your cleaner. You have complete control and can keep your house completely clean.

Cleaner Selection Process
Cleaners carefully selected through a strict interview process and references from previous agencies are obtained. DBS checks can be arranged, if requested will be charged to the customer.

Health & Safety Standards
We are partnered by Peninsula Business Services who supply us with a Health & Safety Management system.

Insured Key Holding Service
We are insured for keys or electronic pass cards belonging to our customers.
