Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service provided. I booked this morning and by the evening the TV is up on the wall. Hedley gave me good guidance on the TV being positioned and was very helpful. The area was left very clean and tidy. Honest, reliable, friendly and on time,fixed our signalling problems for us which was rather complex in our old victorian house, and managed to hide all our cables (thanks Martin only noticed this after you had left, it looks so much better). He also didn't seem to mind our 3 year old daughter following him around the house bombarding him with questions, and then set up cbeebies for her when he left, 5 star service would highly recommend. Absolutely terrible!! I rent a property in Maidenhead and my Step-Daughters aerial was not working in her bedroom so I called my property manager who organised someone to come out and take a look at what the problem was. Berkshire Aerial turned up to see what the problem was and the guy told me yep I know what the problem is and can sort it out really quickly so I thought happy days it’s going to be sorted... ten mins passed by and the Aerial was fixed! As I was letting the guy out of my flat he whipped out his card machine and said that will be £78 thank you very much! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing as 1 I didn’t call them out my property manager did and 2 I wasn’t told about any charges that would incur on my behalf, the only time I was told that I would be charged was when I was letting the guy out of my door! Had I have been told at the time when he knew what the problem was that I was going to be charged I would’ve said no thank you I won’t be paying as I didn’t ask for you guys to come out my property manager did! Also after these guys putting the phone down on my landlord to try and sort this out I feel really angry and upset of how I have been treated by this apparent 5 star outfit. Avoid at all cost.

*Amended* After being in contact with David Bradley-Shaw I can confirm that the matter has been dealt with in a professional manner and as a result I got half of my money back as agreed by both parties.
