Had the opportunity to deal with Dion Y***** *rom Bentley Roofing who come out to the house and give me a quick and honest quote for a new roof. Discussed options in pricing and transferrable warranties, etc which made it very affordable and easy decision. The on-site contractors came on-site for a day and half and the job was completed. They shared before and after pics, cleaned up the job site which was pretty seamless. They got in & out, job completed without any headaches, delays or issues. Thanks for positive experience. More...

All in all a good company great workers on the field the guys who came to tear my old roof out Lorenzo and crew will great awesome professional very timely manner crew and the guys OK to put the shingles on Ricky and his crew were very awesome and professional very courteous clean the job up at the End four stars and not five stars because the office doesn't communicate the ladies in the office don't know what's going on I told him my permit was ready for pick up they told me no and I showed him on easy permit for Palm Beach County and I was ready for four days they also had me sitting for four days waiting for inspection when I didn't need a rate for inspection for Palm Beach County they took pictures already so all in all a job to go week when could've took two days what the crews  on the job site  where phenomenal thanks again Bentley roofing

I can't believe the prior review. Â I have had many homes over the years (7) and as a result many required repairs as well. I must say that my experience with Bentley Roffing to date has been the most professional and smooth transaction I have ever experienced. I can not express enough accolades about Bentley Roofing and in particular my project manager Rudy Castillo. His professionalism, time management, responsiveness and temperment were impeccable. If I texted or called within seconds he responded each and everytime. They started when he said, arrived on time and completed earlier then we anticipated. Rudy additionaly handled all the permits and appointments required seemlessly. Unexpected situations or issues which always arise in construction (rain etc.) were addressed calmly and quickly and within the price and time estimates originally given. Customer satisfaction was trully his goal and it was very much appreciated. A goal which unfortunately is not shared by many companies in construction today.My office interactions with Jessica Lease were equally impeccable with immediate response on all the paperwork needed for insurance purposes and closing of the claim. I highly recommend Bentley Roofing. The level of professionalism permeates throughout everyone I encountered in the company. It has only been a few months since their completion but I am very comfortable and satisfied knowing that clearly this very customer oriented company and team will stand behind their product and the quality they have already consistently displayed!
