Sam provided canapés for our Christmas drinks party for 80 people. He was efficient and very pleasant and the canapés were delicious. Would certainly use them again
What’s your signature dish?
If it was a classic dinner probably a Timbale of smoked salmon & prawns to start, followed by slow cooked blade of beef in red wine, and lemon tart to finish. Great menu for weddings too.
Homemade pies & sausage rolls are always a winner at the food stations and buffets; the quiches are always popular and we are always complimented on the rich fair-trade brownies (all of which are homemade of course)!
Canapes - shredded duck & vegetables in hoisin is a hit as is anything on the Parmesan shortbread (broad bean, pea & mint smash in the summer). Smoked trout, dill and horseradish pate is a winner. And you can't beat a homemade sage and apple sausage roll...
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with clients to suggest ideas and take feedback which we incorporate into proposals. We like to work collaboratively, using our experience to help clients achieve their vision.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients to achieve their vision. The buzz of pulling of a fabulous event or party. Spending time with people who are enjoying themselves. Great food and drink.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent nine years running some fabulous corporate and private events in some of the best venues in London I decided it was time to take the leap and start my own business serving Chipping Campden and the beautiful Cotswolds.
