Phoned on the day to have nails done, they managed to accommodate and book me in quickly on the same day within half an hour. Staff are welcoming and friendly and they don't try and sell you stuff. Wide verity of polishes to choose from which are good quality. Staff are professional and had good quality finish. Free beverages whilst nails were done as well. Thank you Hannah for working your magic on my hair today! Hannah is seriously a hair genius and a real artist with colour. I don’t know how she did it but she completely transformed my hair today after a complete hair disaster at another salon. I can’t say enough good things about benessere - all the staff are so lovey, friendly and professional and the service is the best. My maid of honour and I had our nails and eyebrows done the day before my wedding and they were amazing � nothing was much of a bother for the lady who did our nails and she squeezed us in to have our eyebrows done as well.

Had my hair coloured and cut by hannah yesterday i was a bit nervous going to a new salon but she and all the other staff made me very welcome my hair was in awful condition but she listened to everything i wanted and made it look absolutely amazing without even cutting much off i can not wait to go back and let her carry on working her magic thank you Hannah �

I've recently had my hair cut and coloured with Hannah at Benessere and was extremely happy with the service and the cut. Hannah was so friendly and chatty throughout, she listened to what I wanted and got my hair just how I'd asked . I was going from pretty long hair (which I'd kept for years) to a new look at collarbone level, and even though it was getting close to closing time, she never rushed and took the cutting very slowly, so that I could say stop at any point I felt it may be getting too short. Love this salon , I have regular treatment here from Tory Wilkes and Becky steward , without them I would not lead a pain free life, I would strongly recommend them to anyone that has need for this treatment. I have used Benessere for several years for many different beauty treatments, I find the team very friendly and helpful, I fully recommend them, especially Torrie, my nails were so bad and she has taken me under her wing, they now look fabulous, loving the nail art, cant wait for the 2 weeks to pass for my next appointment......what to have next! �

After surgery on my foot left me housebound for a while I was desperately needing a cut and colour. I'm new to Bromsgrove and hadn't a clue where to go! Ah...Google ! I looked at a few websites but it was the honest approach of Bennessere's well put together site that I liked. That first step though the door is normally quite daunting but as soon as you walk in the cheery receptionist (apologies I forgot your name)makes you feel at home.
